Disassemble pump head

l Take precaution to prevent injury due to chemical contact during maintenance.

l Flush Pump with water or neutralizing agent before servicing if the pump has

l been used to trans port chemicals.

l Disconnect the power to the pump motor.

l Remove the pressure switch cover by removing the single Screw(1)from

l pressure switch and remove switch cover.

l Remove wires (5)from pressure switch by gently sliding female spade terminals

l away from the male spade connectors.

l Remove two screws(2)from front of pump head.

l Slide pump head(3)away from motor(4)assembly
